Return & Refund Policy
Unused products can be returned for a full 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, that's on us and we'll gladly offer 100% refund.
- For a product to be returned, it has to be unopened, unused and undamaged. The reason for that is that the product will be sent to another customer in the future!
- For returns, please email Support@selfblenders.com and mention 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- We here at selfblenders strongly recommend customers to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. That wouldn't be fun for either of us!
- We're more than happy to pay the entire shipping cost for items that you're looking to return!
- When your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email that'll notify you about the status of the refund!
- If the refund is approved, we're more than glad to pay you back the entire amount which will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method you paid with shortly after!
