We ship both locally and to most countries (we're working on going worldwide soon!) to ensure that we reach out to all our customers around the world!

Orders within the US take around 2-7 days to be delivered to you depending on where you are located. But don't worry! we're currently working on speeding up deliveries so that they'll be faster in the near future!

US Orders over $65 qualifies for free shipping and US Orders under $65 will be charged for shipping. Any other country uses paid shipping only. The entire shipping cost will be displayed at checkout! Ohh and pssst, don't worry, It's resonable!

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. That's why we offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, that's on us and we'll gladly offer 100% refund.
  • For a product to be returned, it has to be unopened, unused and undamaged. The reason for that is that the product will be sent to another customer in the future!
  • For returns, please email and mention  'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We here at selfblenders strongly recommend customers to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. That wouldn't be fun for either of us!
  • We're more than happy to pay the entire shipping cost for items that you're looking to return!
  • When your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email that'll notify you about the status of the refund!
  • If the refund is approved, we're more than glad to pay you back the entire amount which will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method you paid with shortly after!

There's no worse feeling than receiving a package and changing your mind about the purchase the last second. We believe that you should be able to return it if you want to! 

That is why you have 30-days to return your product if you happen to regret the purchase!

To be eligible to return your product, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. The reason for this is because we'll later on send the product out to another customer and therefore it has to be in brand-new, top-notch condition!

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal so that you can make sure you'll be able to purchase you product with your preferred payment method!
